WHEREAS, Joseph T. Sheehan has fulfilled four years of
faithful service as a member and vice-chairman of the Board of
Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; and
WHEREAS, this Board wishes to express its appreciation
to Mr. Sheehan for his valuable and conscientious service to the
District since his appointment as a member of the Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
The Board herewith cites the inestimable worth of his
service to the District and its citizens;
Mr. Sheehan's broad experience and knowledge of the
construction field and his intelligent guidance in this area on
numerous occasions have made his tenure a valuable asset to the
District's operations;
During the years he served on the Board he gave
generously of his time and effort to the affairs of the District.
He was appointed to the Board on July 1, 1960, by the Supervisor
of St. Louis County, and he has served faithfully and well during
the growth of the District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression
of our appreciation for his friendship and loyal service be
forwarded to Mr. Sheehan.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 14, 1964.
