WHEREAS, a public easement containing a sewer lies in
Lot 10, Bridgeton Commons, St. Louis County, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land across which such
easement lies has requested permission to permit the encroachment
of a building across said easement, and examination and survey of
such building and the sewers show that it will not damage the
sewers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said easement, provided that the
right of the District to use the easement is preserved, and under
suitable indemnity provisions.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 10, 1964.
