WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District by Resolution No. 776, adopted March 24,
1965, declared the necessity of a relief sanitary trunk sewer for
an area North of Maline Creek between Paul and Blackburn Avenues,
and
WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect
to construction of said improvement in said area was given, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten
nor more than thirty days after the adoption of Resolution No.
776, to wit: On Tuesday, April 6, 1965, at Central School, 201
Wesley Avenue, Ferguson, Missouri at which hearing all persons
interested in such improvement were given an opportunity to be
heard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of
Trustees hereby finds and determines that it is in the public
interest that such improvement be made and further determines to
proceed with such improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 8, 1965.
