A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING
THE ALLOCATION OF AGENCY SET ASIDE FUNDS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
AGENCY PROPERTY AND COMPLETION OF THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING
PROJECT LOCATED AT 11300 ATLANTIC AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency utilizes Low and Moderate Income
Housing Set-Aside funds to address community development needs and housing strategies in
accordance with the established goals and objectives of the Redevelopment Plan; and,
' WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency promotes affordable housing
_opliortuni.ties_for low and moderate income_ persons and implements housing_prggrams_and
projects as part of the Redevelopment Plan; and,
Whereas, the Southeast Los Angeles County Community Development Corporation,
(SELAC) executed a Deed of Trust, on February 15, 2005, assigning the Agency as owner of the
property located at 11300 Atlantic Avenue, in the City of Lynwood; and,
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to utilize Agency Set Aside funds to maintain and
develop the Agency property for completion of an affordable housing project.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency as follows:
Section 1. That the Agency approves allocation of Agency Set Aside funds in the amount of
$120,000 for the development of Agency property and completion of the affordable housing
project located at 11300 Atlantic Avenue, in the City of Lynwood.
Section 2 This Resolution shall be in effect upon its approval.
