WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 1002, adopted August 7, 1963,
the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
created Subdistrict No. 221 (North Kinloch) and by Resolution No.
809, adopted August 6, 1965, declared the necessity of an
improvement to be made in said subdistrict to be paid for under
the requirements of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965
for a grant in aid together with the proceeds of the sale of
general obligation bonds of Subdistrict No. 221 (North Kinloch)
provided such bonds are authorized by vote of the registered
voters of such subdistrict, in accordance with the Plan of the
District, and
WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect
to said improvement in said subdistrict was given, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten
nor more than thirty days after the adoption of Resolution No.
809, to wit: On Monday, August 23, 1965, at Kinloch High School,
5929 Witt Avenue, Kinloch, Missouri at which hearing all persons
interested in such improvement were given and opportunity to be
heard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of
Trustees hereby finds and determines that it is in the public
interest that such improvement be made and further determines to
proceed with such improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 26, 1965.
