HomeMy Public PortalAboutR0817 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 817 WHEREAS, public sewers now in operation lie in easements in property now or formerly of Louis I. Zorensky and Mary G. Zorensky, his wife, and Milton L. Zorensky and Boris Jean Zorensky, his wife, in U.S. Survey 1203, T46N, R5E, St. Louis County, Missouri, which easements are more particularly described in instruments granted October 10, 1962, October 10, 1962 and July 14, 1964, respectively, and recorded respectively in Book 4946, Page 31, Book 4946, Page 33 and Book 5618, Page 23, respectively, and WHEREAS, the owners of the land in which such sewers lie have requested permission to permit the encroachment of a building across said easements and examination and survey of such sewers and of such building shows that it will not damage the existing sewers, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on said easements, provided that the right to the District to use the easements is preserved, and under suitable indemnity provisions. The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 23, 1965.
