WHEREAS, a public sewer now in operation lies in an
easement in the western part of City Block 4913 in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, between Lotus Avenue and Cote Brilliante Avenue,
and extending from Goodfellow Boulevard eastwardly to the west
line of Lot 13 and a line 14 feet east of the west line of Lot 58
of said city block, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to permit the encroachment of a building
across said easement and examination and survey of such sewer and
of such building shows that it will not damage the existing sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said easement, provided that the
right to the District to use the easement is preserved, and under
suitable indemnity provisions.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 5, 1965.
