WHEREAS, the United States of America has heretofore
made an advance, pursuant to an agreement dated November 14, 1946
to the Town of Normandy in the amount of $8,160.00 for the purpose
of plan preparation of the public work described in the agreement
as a sanitary sewage collection system with appurtenant
facilities, and
WHEREAS, by the use of the Federal advance the Town of
Normandy caused to be prepared plans and specifications for the
public work described in the aforesaid agreement, and
WHEREAS, a substitute facility has been constructed and
it has been determined that no part of the plans prepared with the
federal advance was of value or could have been used in the
construction as more fully set forth in the attached certificate
of said engineer for the project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, successor to the
Town of Normandy, that the Housing and Home Finance Administrator
be requested to make a determination that the Town of Normandy and
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District be relieved of all
liability under the above mentioned agreement all as more fully
certified to by said engineer.
This resolution is adopted pursuant to the authority
provided by the Plan of The Metropolitan St Louis Sewer District,
adopted by the voters of St Louis and St Louis County, Missouri,
at a special election on February 9, 1954.

CERTIFICATE OF RECORDING OFFICER
The undersigned duly qualified and acting Secretary-
Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does hereby
certify that the attached Resolution is a true and correct copy of
Resolution No. ______ adopted on the ______ day of ____________,
19____ at a legally convened meeting of The Board of Trustees of
The Metropolitan St Louis Sewer District with respect to the
agreement between the government and the Town of Normandy dated
the 14th day of November, 1946; I further certify that such
Resolution has been fully recorded in the journals of proceedings,
and records in my office.
