It was moved and saconded that the rules be suspended and that the
Ordinance entitled "Ordinance No.,'/_G_" be passed to its second reading.
The Mayor put the question upon the motion, and the roil being called,

Yhereupon the Mayor declared the motion duly carried and said Ordinance
was read the second time.
It was moved and seconded that the rules be suspended and that the
Ordinance entitled "Ordinance Nc..7a", be passed to its third reading,
The Mayor put the question on the motion and the roll being called,

Ordinance was read the third time.
It was moved and seconded that the rule be suspended and that the
Ordinance entitled "Ordinance No. & ", be now put upon its final
passage and adoption. The Mayor put the question upon the final passage
and adoption of said Ordinance and the roll being called, the following
Councilmen voted

approval to said Ordinance
