WHEREAS, a public sewer known as the Tower Grove Storm
Sewer now in operation lies in an easement 50 feet wide in City
Block 3998E, and in Out Lot 97 in the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
and
WHEREAS, the Union Electric Company, a public utility
company, has requested permission to permit the encroachment of
two transmission towers in said easement and examination and
survey of such sewer and of such structures shows that they will
not damage the existing sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said easement, provided that the
right to the District to use the easement is preserved and under
suitable indemnity provisions.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 9, 1965.
