WHEREAS, there exist within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District and within the City of St. Louis certain sewers
hereinafter described which are in such condition as to be
acceptable to the District for public operation and maintenance,
and which it is desirable for the District to operate and
maintain, and
WHEREAS, the District by Ordinance No. 88, adopted the
16th day of July, 1956, is authorized to assume title to any or
all sewers, easements and appurtenances by resolution whenever, in
the opinion of counsel, no person competent to convey title can be
found, and upon recommendation of the Executive Director that the
District should assume title to such sewers, and
WHEREAS, the General Counsel has given his opinion that
no person can be found who is competent to convey title to the
hereinafter described sewers and the Executive Director recommends
that the District should assume title to such sewers, in that they
form an integral part of the sewer system serving the public,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that title to the
following described sewers and their appurtenances in the City of
St. Louis be and are hereby assumed by The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District for public use, operation and maintenance as an
integral part of the public sewer system:
1. That sewer lying in Morganford Road and extending
from Blow Street to Loughborough Avenue.
2. That sewer lying in the east-west alley in City
Block 5884 and extending from Ray Avenue to the north-south alley
in such city block, and in such north-south alley between said
east-west alley and Quincy Street, and in Quincy Street between
such north-south alley and Morganford Road.
3. That sewer lying in Ray Avenue and extending from
Quincy Street to the east-west alley in City Block 5885, and lying
in the said east-west alley in City Block 5885 and extending from
Ray Avenue to the north-south alley in said city block and lying
in Loughborough Avenue and extending from said north-south alley
to Morganford Road.
4. That sewer constructed under Permit No 43272 and
lying in Tyrolean Avenue and extending from Morganford Road to the
north-south alley in City Block 6113, and lying in said north-
south alley and extending from Tyrolean Avenue to the eat-west
alley in said city block, and lying in said east-west alley and
extending from Morganford Road eastwardly approximately 560 feet
in said alley and its southwardly extension as a 5 foot wide
right-of-way, together with such right-of-way.
5. That sewer constructed under Permit No. 43272 and
lying in the western north-south alley in City Block 6114 and
extending from Tyrolean Avenue to Haven Street, and lying in the
east-west alley and extending from the western north-south alley
in said city block eastwardly a distance of approximately 415
feet.
6. That sewer lying in Tyrolean Avenue and extending
from the eastern north-south alley in aforesaid City Block 6114
westwardly approximately 175 feet.

7. That sewer lying in Haven Street and extending
from Ray Avenue to Morganford Road, and lying in Morganford Road
and extending from Haven Street to Alma Avenue.
8. That sewer lying in Holly Hills Boulevard and
extending from Ray Avenue to Morganford Road.
