BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That it is necessary to construct manholes in sanitary
sewers formerly of the Maria Creek Sewer District at an estimated
cost of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00);
That the Board authorizes the Maintenance Department to
place an encumbrance in the sum of Sixty-eight and 39/100 Dollars
($68.39) on the standing appropriation from the Improvement Fund
of moneys received from the dissolved Maria Creek Sewer District
for part of the cost of said improvement, and
That the remainder of such improvement cost shall be
paid from the current appropriation of District revenue to the
Maintenance Department.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted February 17, 1967.
