WHEREAS, a stormwater sewer now in operation lies in
part of Canterbury Gardens Plat No. 2, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, which property is bounded on the north by
Kingbridge Lane, on the east by the Inner Belt Expressway, and on
the southwest by the City of St. Louis Water Easement 100 feet
wide, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to permit the encroachment of a building
across said sewer and examination and survey of such sewer and of
such building shows that it will not damage the existing sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said sewer, provided that the rights
of the District are preserved, and under suitable indemnity
provisions.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted February 17, 1967.
