WHEREAS, a public sewer now in operation lies in
property now or formerly of the Shamrock Paper Company in the
eastern 210 feet more or less, of City Block 858 of the City of
St. Louis, Missouri, between First Street, Wharf Street and
Convent Street, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to permit the encroachment of a building
across said sewer and examination and survey of such sewer and of
such building shows that it will not damage the existing sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said sewer, provided that the right
to the District to use the sewer is preserved, and under suitable
indemnity provisions.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 3, 1967.
