WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.080 of the Plan of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, by Resolution No. 880,
adopted May 24, 1966, the Board of Trustees of the District
selected certain banks and trust companies, within the boundaries
of the District, to be depositaries for the funds for the District
and all subdistricts for the Fiscal Year 1966-67, which resolution
also set forth certain provisions and requirements for such banks
and trust companies to do or agree to upon receipt of such funds,
and
WHEREAS, the Missouri State Bank and Trust Company,
which was not in existence at the beginning of said fiscal year,
has requested that it be added to the list of such depositaries
for the balance of this fiscal year, which this District is
agreeable to,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Missouri State
Bank and Trust Company be selected as a depositary for the funds
of the District and all subdistricts for the remainder of the
Fiscal Year 1966-67 for the general and special funds and accounts
of the District and all subdistricts.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all the terms and
conditions of said Resolution No. 880 shall apply to and govern
the use of relationships with such bank as such depositary.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 3, 1967.
