BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That, since it has been necessary to construct a new
manhole in a sanitary sewer near 417 Ruthland Street in the area
of the former Kingston Park Sanitary Sewer District at a cost of
$181.38, the Board authorizes the Maintenance Department to place
an encumbrance of $8.66 on the standing appropriation from the
Improvement Fund of moneys received from the dissolved Kingston
Park Sanitary Sewer District to pay part of the material cost of
said improvement; and
That, since it has been necessary to construct a new
sanitary sewer manhole and 15 feet of pipe to connect lateral
sewers to the sanitary sewer near 3011 Carson Road in the area of
the former Carsonville Sewer District, at a cost of $1,248.05, the
Board authorizes the Maintenance Department to place an
encumbrance of $81.80 on the standing appropriation from the
Improvement Fund of moneys received from the dissolved Carsonville
Sewer District to pay part of the material cost of said
improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 18, 1968.
