BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That the Executive Director be and he is hereby
authorized to encumber Five Thousand Six Hundred Forty-seven and
18/100 Dollars ($5,647.18) of the standing appropriation from the
Improvement Fund of moneys received from the dissolved Ladue-Deer
Creek Sanitary Sewer District to be used for part of the cost of
extending a sanitary sewer formerly of said dissolved District;
and that such extension shall consist of approximately seven
hundred twenty-seven lineal feet of 8-inch pipe, and
appurtenances, beginning at Warington Square South of Olive Street
Road in the City of Creve Coeur and ending at the intersection of
Stacy Drive and Warson Road, at an estimated total cost of $9,826
80.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted February 29, 1968.
