WHEREAS, a public sewer now in operation lies in a
sewer easement 10 feet wide in Lots 16 and 17 of Hanley Industrial
Subdivision, First Addition, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 61,
Pages 4 and 5, of the St. Louis County Records, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to permit the encroachment of a building
across said easement and examination and survey of such sewer and
of such building shows that it will not damage the existing sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said easement, provided that the
right to the District to use the easement is preserved, and under
suitable indemnity provisions.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 24, 1968.
