HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1016 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1016 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by Resolution No. 1009, adopted September 26, 1968, declared the necessity of the Mount Hope Outfall Sanitary Interceptor Sewer, to be laid along Lemay Ferry Road between Alleghany and Karlsruhe Drives and then West to the Gravois Creek Trunk Sewer, and WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect to construction of said improvement in said area was given, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten nor more than thirty days after the adoption of said Resolution No. 1009, to wit: On Friday, October 25, 1968, at Mehlville Junior High School, 3100 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis County, Missouri, at which hearing all persons interested in such improvement were given an opportunity to be heard. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of Trustees hereby finds and determines that it is in the public interest that such improvement be made and further determines to proceed with such improvement. The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 7, 1968.
