BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That the Executive Director be and he is hereby
authorized to encumber Two Thousand One Hundred Eighty and 97/100
Dollars ($2,180.97) of the standing appropriation from the
Improvement Fund monies received from the dissolved East Riverview
Gardens Sewer District to be used for part of the cost of
extending a sanitary sewer formerly of said dissolved District;
and that such extension shall consist of approximately three
hundred forty-five lineal feet of 8-inch pipe, and appurtenances,
beginning west of the intersection of Chambers Road and Grosvenor
Drive in the City of Riverview, and ending east of the
intersection of Chambers Road and Northgate Drive, at an estimated
total cost of $3,800.00.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 7, 1968.
