R1019 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1019 WHEREAS, a public sewer now in operation lies in an easement 25 feet wide in property now or formerly of Cypress Village Shopping Center, Inc. in U. S. Surveys 406 and 1203, St. Louis County, Missouri, said easement being that granted by said Cypress Village Shopping Center Inc., by instrument dated August 24, 1967 and recorded in Plat Book 122, Page 82 of the St. Louis County Records, and WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies has requested permission to permit the encroachment of a building across said easement and examination and survey of such sewer and of such building shows that it will not damage the existing sewer, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on said easement, provided that the right to the District to use the easement is preserved, and under suitable indemnity provisions. The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 26, 1968.
