WHEREAS, a public sanitary sewer lies in an easement in
and across Lot 1 of Pinkus Manor, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 115, Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records, and
WHEREAS, a public storm water sewer now in operation
lies in an easement in and across Lot 1 of Schwartz Manor, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 115, Page 50 of the St. Louis County
Records, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewers lie
has requested permission to permit the encroachment of additions
to an existing building across said easements and examination and
survey of such sewers and of such building additions shows that
they will not damage the existing sewers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said easements, provided that the
right to the District to use the easements is preserved, and under
suitable indemnity provisions.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 12, 1968.
