WHEREAS, by Section Thirteen of Ordinance No. 1621
certain moneys received from the former Webster Groves Sanitary
Sewer District were appropriated for sewer construction within its
former area, and
WHEREAS, the Maintenance Department has constructed
twelve access sewer manholes in the area of said former District
at a cost for materials of $1,343.95,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That the Director of Finance is directed to transfer to
the General Fund the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred Forty-three
Dollars and 95 cents ($1,343.95) from said moneys received from
the former Webster Groves Sanitary Sewer District to reimburse the
General Fund for the cost of materials for twelve access sewer
manholes.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 12, 1968.
