HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1036 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1036 WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has purchased certain sanitary sewers and all appurtenances from Spanish Lake Service, Inc., a Missouri corporation, on the 29th day of November, 1968, and WHEREAS, these sewers and appurtenances are now operated and maintained by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and WHEREAS, there are certain customers located in the area described below, in St. Louis County, Missouri, who are served by these facilities but are not located within the boundaries of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation Southeastwardly of the Southern line of Lot 4 in Block 6 of Larimore Hills with the centerline of Larimore Road; thence Northwestwardly along the Southern line of Lot 4 and its prolongation Southeastwardly to the most Western corner of said Lot 4; thence Northeastwardly along the Northwest line of Lot 4 to its intersection with the North line of Lots 22 thru 36 in Block 6 of Larimore Hills; thence Westwardly along the North lines of Lots 22 thru 36 in said Block 6 and their Westwardly prolongation and along the North lines of Lots 1 thru 12 in Block 11 of Larimore Hills to the Northwest corner of Lot 1 in said Block 11; thence Westwardly across the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad right-of-way to the intersection of the prolongation Eastwardly of the South line of Lot 5 of the Re-subdivision of Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15 of the J. C. Twillman Subdivision, with the West line of said Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad right-of-way; thence Westwardly along the South line of said Lot 5 and its prolongation Eastwardly to its intersection with the prolongation Southwardly of the West line of Lot 2 of Dale Ridge; thence Northwardly along the West line of said Lot 2 and its prolongation Southwardly through Northdale No. 2 and Broadlawns to the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of Dale Ridge; thence Eastwardly along the South line of Trampe Ave. to its intersection with the East line of Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad right-of-way; thence Southwardly along the East line of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad right-of-way to its intersection with the North line of Larimore Hills; thence Eastwardly along the North line of Larimore Hills and its prolongation Eastwardly to its intersection with the centerline of Larimore Road; thence Southwardly along the centerline of Larimore Road to the point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District bill these customers the same annual charge for sewer service as the Public Service Commission authorizes Spanish Lake Service, Inc., a Missouri corporation, to charge like customers in the surrounding area for sanitary sewer service. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the revenue collected from this billing be paid into the Improvement Fund of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. The foregoing Resolution was adopted February 20, 1969.
