WHEREAS, a public sewer now in operation lies in an
easement ten (10) feet wide in Lot 1 of Parkridge Plaza, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 116, Page 38 of the St. Louis County
Records, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to permit the encroachment of a building
without basement across said easement and sewer, and examination
and survey of such sewer and of such structure show that it will
not damage the existing sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said easement, provided that the
right to the District to use the easement is preserved, and under
suitable indemnity provisions.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 18, 1969.
