WHEREAS, Budd Reinhold has moved his residence outside
the boundaries of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and
therefore has had to resign his position as a member of the
District's Civil Service Commission, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Reinhold has served on the Commission
since February, 1963, and as its Chairman since July, 1967, and
WHEREAS, in these years of service Mr. Reinhold has
contributed immeasurably to the advancement of the District's
Civil Service Program, and therefore of the District, with great
devotion of time, energies, and knowledgeable judgment and
leadership,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That the Board regrets the loss of Mr. Reinhold's
further services and invaluable contributions to the personnel
administration of the District; that the Board expresses its
deepest appreciation to Mr. Reinhold for the years and efforts he
gave, along with the warmest of regards and best wishes for the
future.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That a copy of this resolution be given to Mr.
Reinhold.
