HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1095 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1095 WHEREAS, a public sewer now in operation lies in an easement ten (10) feet wide in Outlot 37 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, in an area bounded on the North by a private road thirty (30) feet wide, on the Southwest by Right of Way of Missouri Pacific Railroad, on the South by the South line of U. S. Survey 80, and on the East by Right of Way of the Glaise Creek Joint District Sewer, and WHEREAS, the owners and the lessee of land in which part of said easement is situated have requested permission to encroach with a building across said easement, and survey of the sewer and the building shows that such encroachment will not damage the sewer, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on said easement, provided the present right of the District to use the easement is preserved and the District is indemnified against liability, loss, or damage from such encroachment. The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 11, 1969.
