HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1102 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1102 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1097, adopted December 22, 1969, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District declared the necessity of an improvement identified as Subdistrict No. 331 (Greendale Sanitary Interceptor) and consisting of a public sanitary sewer to be laid across St. Charles Rock Road between Atwater and Colfax Avenues and then southwest through Valhalla Cemetery to the point of connection to the Wheaton Bel-Nor Trunk Sewer, and WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect to construction of said improvement in said area was given, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten nor more than thirty days after the adoption of said Resolution No. 1097, to wit: On Wednesday, January 14, 1970, at Harrison Elementary School, 8129 Albin Avenue, St. Louis County, Missouri, at which hearing all persons interested in such improvement were given an opportunity to be heard. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of Trustees hereby finds and determines that it is in the public interest that such improvement be made and further determines to proceed with such improvement. The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 22, 1970.
