HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1103 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1103 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1096 adopted December 22, 1969, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District declared the necessity of constructing a relief sanitary sewer within the area of the former Affton Sewer District, and WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect to construction of said improvement in said area was given, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten nor more than thirty days after the adoption of said Resolution No. 1096, to wit: On Tuesday, January 20, 1970, at the Reavis School, 9700 Mackenzie Road, St. Louis County, Missouri, at which hearing all persons interested in such improvement were given an opportunity to be heard. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of Trustees hereby finds and determines that it is in the public interest that such improvement be made and further determines to proceed with such improvement. The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 22, 1970.
