HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1104 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1104 WHEREAS, Colonel Edwin R. Decker, United States Army Corps of Engineers, is departing his post as District Engineer, St. Louis District, on or about February 27, 1970, and, WHEREAS, Colonel Decker during his tenure in this assignment has contributed outstandingly to the progress of the St. Louis area, and WHEREAS, his interest and efforts have been particularly significant to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and its programs, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District herewith cites Colonel Decker and expresses its sincerest appreciation to him on behalf of the District, its people, and the citizens it serves for his friendly, enthusiastic cooperation and efforts in helping to advance The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District's stormwater control program, its Mississippi River and other pollution abatement programs, and the vital St. Louis flood control project. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that sincerest best wishes for the future are extended to Colonel Decker with this resolution. The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 22, 1970.
