HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1135 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1135 RESOLUTION authorizing filing of application with the Federal Water Quality Administration, Department of the Interior, United States of America, for a Grant under the Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 466 et seq.) WHEREAS, under the terms of the Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 466 et seq.), the United States of America has authorized the making of grants to authorized applicants to aid in the construction of a specific public project, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TEE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: 1. That Peter F. Mattei be and he is hereby authorized to execute and file an application on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District with the Federal Water Quality Administration, United States Government, for a grant to aid in the construction of an interceptor sewer in Subdistrict No. 361 (Ponca Trail Sanitary Interceptor) to eliminate two community septic tanks. 2. That Peter F. Mattei, Executive Director, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information as the Federal Water Quality Administration may reasonably request in connection with the application which is herein authorized to be filed, and sign all necessary documents. CERTIFICATE OF RECORDING OFFICER The undersigned duly qualified and acting Secretary- Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does hereby certify: That the attached resolution is a true and correct copy of the resolution authorizing the filing of application with the Federal Water Quality Administration, as regularly adopted at a legally convened meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District duly held on the 18th day of June, 1970; and further that such resolution has been fully recorded in the journal of proceedings and records in my office.
