HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1145 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1145 WHEREAS, a public storm sewer in operation lies in an easement fifteen (15) feet wide in Lot 3 of Dickson Acres, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 38, page 11 of the St. Louis County Records, and WHEREAS, a residential building now in existence encroaches across said storm sewer and easement, and WHEREAS, the owner of Lot 3 of Dickson Acres has requested permission to permit the continued encroachment of said residential building across the sewer and easement and examination and survey of such sewer and of such building shows that it has not damaged the existing sewer; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on said sewer easement, provided that the right of the District to use the easement is preserved and the District is indemnified against liability, loss, or damage from such encroachment. The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 27, 1970.
