WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District has made appropriations for the costs of
establishing a depreciation and preventive maintenance study of
District plants and equipment, and
WHEREAS, this undertaking will require professional
accounting services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he hereby is authorized to obtain the services of
the Ernst & Ernst accounting firm as the need appears for its
services in the subject study, to be paid for within available
appropriations at the standard rate for time expended.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 27, 1970.
