WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 2020, adopted April 16, 1970,
the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
created Subdistrict No. 358 (Daniel Boone Creek) and by Resolution
No. 1174, adopted March 11, 1971, declared the necessity of an
improvement to be made in said Subdistrict, and
WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect
to said improvement in said subdistrict was given, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten
nor more than thirty days after the adoption of Resolution No.
1174, to wit: On Monday, April 5, 1971, at Florissant Valley
Community College, Science Math Building, Room 203, 3400 Pershall
Road, St. Louis County, Missouri, at which hearing all persons
interested in such improvement were given an opportunity to be
heard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of
Trustees hereby finds and determines that it is in the public
interest that such improvement be made and further determines to
proceed with such improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 14, 1971.
