WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1203, adopted May 6, 1971,
the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
declared the necessity of an improvement to be made in Subdistrict
No. 362 (Lindbergh & East Concord Sanitary Interceptor Sewer), and
WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect
to said improvement was given, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten
nor more than thirty days after the adoption of Resolution No.
1203, to wit: On Thursday, May 27, 1971, at the Mehlville Junior
High School, 3100 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis County, Missouri, at
which hearing all persons interested in such improvement were
given an opportunity to be heard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of
Trustees hereby finds and determines that it is in the public
interest that such improvement be made and further determines to
proceed with such improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 3, 1971.
