A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOO® RE®O=VELOP11flENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOO® A®OPTINO THE ANNUAL OPERATING
13U®GET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005/2006
WHEREAS, the Executive Director has submitted a Proposed Annual
Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year 2005/2006; and
WHEREAS, the Agency Board Members have reviewed the proposed
budget; and
WHEREAS, the Agency Board Members held budget workshops to
discuss the operating budget; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the proposed budget was made available for public
review in the City Clerk's Office.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Agency Chairman and Board Members of the
Lynwood Redevelopment Agency do hereby find, order, and resolve as follows:
Section 'I. The Annual Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year 2005/2006 is
hereby approved.
Section 2. The Executive Director or his designee is hereby authorized to
approve any transfer between accounts, provided that:
1) They are within the same general group of accounts.
2) They are within the same fund.
3) They do not exceed $10,000 per transfer.
Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
