RESOLUTION authorizing filing of application with the
Missouri Water Pollution Board for a grant under Section 204.200 -
204.240, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1959, Cumulative
Supplement, 1967.
WHEREAS, the Missouri Water Pollution Board is
authorized by Sections 204.200 - 204.240, Revised Statutes of
Missouri, 1959, Cumulative Supplement 1967, to grant aid to
authorized applicants for the construction of a specific public
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
1. That Peter F. Mattei, Executive Director, be and
he is hereby authorized to execute and file an application on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District with the
Missouri Water Pollution Board, for a grant to aid in the
construction of an interceptor sewer in a project known as River
des Peres, Hanley Hills Branch Sanitary Interceptor Sewer in
University City (S-634) to intercept existing sanitary sewers and
carry the flow to an adequate point of discharge.
2. That Peter F. Mattei, Executive Director, be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information
as the Missouri Water Pollution Board may reasonably request in
connection with the application which is herein authorized to be
filed, and sign all necessary documents.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 22, 1971.
