WHEREAS, by Section Twelve of Ordinance No. 2310
certain moneys received from the former Webster Groves Sanitary
Sewer District No. 16 were appropriated for sewer construction
within its former area, and
WHEREAS, the Maintenance Department has constructed two
access sewer manholes in the area of said former District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That the Director of Finance is directed to transfer to
the General Fund the sum of Five Hundred Five Dollars and Sixty-
five cents ($505.65) from said moneys received from the former
Webster Groves Sanitary Sewer District No. 16 to reimburse the
General Fund toward the cost of materials for two access sewer
manholes; thereby dissolving funds in said former Webster Groves
Sanitary Sewer District No. 16.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 18, 1972.
