WHEREAS, by Section Twelve of Ordinance No. 2310
certain moneys received from the former Curtis Sewer District were
appropriated for sewer construction within its former area, and
WHEREAS, the Maintenance Department has constructed
nine access sewer manholes in the area of said former District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That the Director of Finance is directed to transfer to
the General Fund the sum of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-nine
Dollars and Eighty-eight cents ($4,769.88) from said moneys
received from the former Curtis Sewer District to reimburse the
General Fund toward the cost of materials for nine access sewer
manholes.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 30, 1972.
