AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
WITH F.M.B.A. LOCAL #67
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret and the members of F.M.B.A. Local #67
have negotiated a collective bargaining agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties have reached a tentative agreement for the years 1997
and 1998;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret approves the Collective Bargaining Agreement with F.M.B.A.
Local #67 for the calendar years 1997 and 1998;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate officials are authorized to
execute the agreement on behalf of the Borough.
Adopted this 19th day of December, 1996 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
December 20, 1996.
