WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 1153, adopted May 14, 1964,
the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
created Subdistrict No. 239 (Lakeshire Outfall No. 2) and by
Resolution No. 1318, adopted January 26, 1973, declared the
necessity of an improvement to be made in said subdistrict to be
paid for entirely from the Gravois Creek Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund, and
WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect
to said improvement in said subdistrict was given, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten
nor more than thirty days after the adoption of Resolution No.
1318, to wit: On Thursday, February 15, 1973, at Gaunt School,
8520 Mackenzie Road, Affton, Missouri, at which hearing all
persons interested in such improvement were given an opportunity
to be heard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of
Trustees hereby finds and determines that it is in the public
interest that such improvement be made and further determines to
proceed with such improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 5, 1973.
