WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2409, adopted March 26, 1973,
confirmed a contract with Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. for the
construction of sanitary sewers in the project known as River des
Peres, Hanley Hills Branch Sanitary Interceptor (S-634), in the
area of the former Hanley-Page East Sewer District,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That the Executive Director be and he is hereby
authorized to encumber Three Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-seven and
28/100 Dollars ($3,557.28) of the standing appropriation from the
Improvement Fund of moneys received from the dissolved Hanley-Page
East Sewer District to be used for part of the cost of
construction of the River des Peres, Hanley Hills Branch Sanitary
Interceptor (S-634), in the area of the former Hanley-Page East
Sewer District; thereby dissolving funds in said former Hanley-
Page East Sewer District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 19, 1973.
