HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1379 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1379 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.080 of the Plan of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, by Resolution No. 1351, adopted June 20, 1973, the Board of Trustees of the District selected certain banks and trust companies, within the boundaries of the District, to be depositories for the funds for the District and all Subdistricts for the Fiscal Year 1973-74, which resolution also set forth certain provisions and requirements for such banks and trust companies to do or agree to upon receipt of such funds, and WHEREAS, the Bank of Ladue, which was not in existence at the beginning of said fiscal year, has requested that it be added to the list of such depositories for the balance of this fiscal year, which this District is agreeable to, and WHEREAS, the Brentwood Bank, although an existing bank within the District, has not been a depository bank because a member of the Board of Trustees of the District is also a member of the Board of Directors of said bank, but is now eligible since such member of the Board of Trustees has resigned from the Board, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Bank of Ladue and the Brentwood Bank be selected as depositories for the funds of the District and all Subdistricts for the remainder of the Fiscal Year 1973-74 for the general and special funds and accounts of the District and Subdistricts. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all the terms and conditions of said Resolution No. 1351 shall apply to and govern the use of relationships with such banks as such depository. The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 9, 1974.
