HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1389ÁÁÃ*ÔR E S O L U T I O N NO. 1389•ƒ À J OÀ WHEREAS, the Deer Creek Building and Floodway Reservation encumbers a tract of land bounded on the north by the St. Louis Belt and Terminal Railroad Right©of©Way, on the east by Big Bend Boulevard, on the south by Marshall Avenue and on the west by C. S. Rannell's Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the owner of the land encumbered by such building and floodway reservation has requested permission to construct a building into said building and floodway reservation, and examination and survey of the existing creek channel building shows that the proposed encroachment will not restrict the existing channel; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on building and floodway reservation, provided the District will be reimbursed for any additional expenses incurred because of said building in the future improvement of said channel. The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 27, 1974.
