WHEREAS, the Missouri Clean Water Commission authorized by Sections 204.200 © 204.240, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1959, Cumulative Supplement 1967, to grant aid to authorized applicants for the construction of a specific public project, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: 1. That Charles B. Kaiser, Jr. be and he is hereby authorized to execute and file an application on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District with the Missouri Clean Water Commission, for a grant to aid in the construction of lagoon improvements in the project known as The Bonfils Lagoon Modification. 2. That Charles B. Kaiser, Jr., General Counsel, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information as the Missouri Clean Water Commission may reasonably request in connection with the application which is herein authorized to be filed, and sign all necessary documents. The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 11, 1974.
