ÁÁ A RESOLUTION authorizing filing of application with the
Missouri Division of Workmen's Compensation for self insurance of
liability under the Workmen's Compensation Law.
WHEREAS, the District became subject to the Workmen's
Compensation Law on August 13, 1974, and
WHEREAS, the District may elect to self insure all or
part of its liability under said law,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
1. That Peter F. Mattei be and he is hereby
authorized to execute and file an application on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District with the Missouri Division
of Workmen's Compensation Law.
2. That Peter F. Mattei, Executive Director be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information as
the Missouri Division of Workmen's Compensation may reasonably
request in connection with the application which is herein
authorized to be filed, and sign all necessary documents.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 23, 1974.
