ÁÁ WHEREAS, Phelim F. O'Toole, Jr., a City of St. Louis
member of the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, has completed his second term as chairman of the
Board from July 1, 1973 to September 25, 1974; and
WHEREAS, this Board wishes to express its sincerest
appreciation to Mr. O'Toole for his exceptional service to the
District as chairman of the Board of Trustees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
The Board herewith cites and thanks Mr. O'Toole for his
generous giving of time, energies, add abilities to provide
outstanding leadership for the District and the citizens it
serves in fulfilling the responsibilities of the District;
Mr. O'Toole's intelligence, experience, and devotion of
himself to the problems and projects of the District have helped
immeasurably in providing successful answers and conclusions to
those problems and projects.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression
be forwarded to Mr. O'Toole.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 23, 1974.
