Home My Public Portal AboutR1413Ã *Ã”R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1413•ƒ ÁÁ WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has received or is receiving grants from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for various of its Subdistricts, and WHEREAS, such Department will require audits of the funds, receipts and expenditures of these subdistricts, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the SecretaryªTreasurer be and he hereby is authorized to obtain the services of Kenneth Toomer, Certified Public Accountant, as the need appears for his services for the following subdistrict projects, to be paid for at the standard rate for time expended at the auditor's normal and customary hourly rates for staff actually engaged upon the performance of the work plus ordinary and necessary out©of©pocket expenses customarily stated separately by auditors in his general practice, the same to be separately stated and itemized: ”PROJECT• ”H.U.D.
