ÁÁ WHEREAS, a public sewer now in operation lies in an
easement in the City of Ferguson, St. Louis County, Missouri,
said sewer is located in Lot 2 of Parkridge Plaza, a subdivision
of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 116 page 38 of the St. Louis County
Records, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to construct a building across said
sewer easement, and examination and survey of such sewer and of
such building shows that the proposed encroachment will not
damage the existing sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said easement, provided that the
District is indemnified against liability, loss, or damage from
such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 26, 1975.
