Home My Public Portal AboutR1436Ã *Ã”R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1436•ƒ ÁÁ WHEREAS, by Section 7.020 of the Plan of the District it is made the duty of the Board to provide for the performance of the duties of the Secretary©Treasurer in the event of his absence or disability, and no provision has now been made by the Board therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in the event of the absence or disability of the Secretary©Treasurer, Howard E. Robinson is hereby authorized and empowered to perform the duties of the Secretary©Treasurer, and to sign all documents and affix the seal of the District thereto as Assistant SecretaryªTreasurer. The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 10, 1975.
